Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship to all regions within the Kingdom via our shipping partner.
Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
Orders are prepared and shipped to the courier the next business day after completing the purchase.
Order day and Friday are not counted as part of the delivery time.

If the order is placed on Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday.
If the order is placed on Thursday, it will be shipped on Saturday (Friday is a holiday for the courier service).

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your order number.
The order status will transition as follows:
- Under Processing → Being Prepared → Shipped (once handed over to the courier).
You will also receive your shipment tracking number from the courier.
If you do not receive your tracking number, you can request it from us using the contact form. Please provide your order number, and we will share the tracking details.

The shipping cost is 23 SAR for the first 15 kg, with an additional 2 SAR per kg for extra weight.

If a customer chooses to return End-of-Year Sale Products, they will bear the additional return shipping cost.
