- Exchanges: Accepted within 5 days of receiving the shipment.

- The return or exchange process takes 10 to 14 days.
Electrical Products:
- Electrical products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they remain unopened.
Product Condition:
- The product must be in its original condition without any signs of damage or use.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments:
- If a product is received damaged or shipped incorrectly, contact customer support within 3 days of receipt.
Refund Process:
- The refund will be issued within 3 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is caused by the store.
- Customers also bear shipping costs for exchanges or repairs under warranty, if handled directly with the store.
Dealing with the Supplier/Agent:
- If dealing directly with the supplier or agent, their policies will apply.
- Customers can expedite the warranty process by sending the product via their preferred shipping company at their own expense.
End-of-Year Sale Products:
- Requests to return end-of-year sale products must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Customers will incur additional shipping costs for returning these items.
